Author Susie Miles Reads Her Books
Author, Susie Miles, from Northern Virginia visited the Gunston library today. She read lots of classes her book, "My Friend, The Light" She has two children and a Goldendoodle, named Henry.
She's worked in the television industry for more many years. Now she writes children's books that have real-life themes but are short and very relatable for younger children. She is looking forward to publishing a number of "My Friend" themed stories.
Her visit to Gunston was much appreciated.

Ms Miles shared the ball because it was a night light
She make the night light change colors
The students loved passing the colored ball
Her story was very sweet
She read the story to lots of classes
Ms Miles has written other stories too.
