Gunston Cares!
Gunston spent the last week building a caring community by observing Red Ribbon Week and Dare to Care Week. Students dressed in various spirit week options to demonstrate their awareness of these very important topics. The week ended with a Harvest Walk and canned goods collection (see Feature called Harvest Walk for more photos). Students wore superhero costumes, sportswear and sunglasses, pj's and character clothes - each representing worthy discussion points. These points ranged from being kind and teaming up against bullies to caring about community and school and making positive choices. We are so proud of our school community for all their fine participation.
